Hello
I'm Heather Navarro, a licensed clinical social worker and mental health clinician with over ten years of experience in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and areas of self-esteem.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with our dogs, cats, and rabbit, binge-watching television, traveling, visiting National Parks, hiking, visiting coffee shops, and writing.
